You can hide Image area globally from Options Panel > Frontend Upload System > Upload Page Settings > Image Upload Area -> Enable/Disable
If you want to hide for only one category or categories; Please go to edit that Listing type and change Frontend Form > Image Upload Area -> Show/Hide
