How to create vk.com login?

Please go to vk.com developer site to configure login https://vk.com/dev

1. Click to My Apps on the top menu.
2. Click to create an application and fill information.
   – The platform must be “Website“
3. Click to connect site and go to settings on the new screen.
4. Copy App ID and Secure key and paste to PF Settings > Additional Settings Panel > Social Login Settings section.
